My experience covers all aspects of the UX/CX lifecycle.
Design work ranges from responsive web builds, to apps, smart TVs, large touchscreen interfaces and more. Confident running research too, preferably as part of an end-to-end project, but happy stepping in for pure research or user testing work. On the strategy side of things I have undertaken many customer experience mapping projects, as well as some service modelling/blueprint work.
