I took on Toyota as a client while working at Splendid Unlimited. They had developed new customer modelling algorithms, the outputs of which predict such things as potential future spend, next sales or service visit, loyalty curves and lifetime value, and needed help working out how various members of staff could best use this new information, as well as how to best present it in a useful and usable manner. Working alongside Toyota management and BAs, I created a dashboard to display this information.
The solution was for dealership staff and management, and included customer lookup and details (including historic and future trends), prioritised weekly opportunity lists, appointment management, performance trackers. Different roles had different permissions, with managers being able to view across multiple venues and allocate opportunities to different salespeople.
The biggest challenge was how to display such amounts of data in a usable and useful way.
