About the project
I worked for 9 months with the Vodafone team, starting on the MyVodafone App, and moving onto the website later on. Both teams were run in full Agile, with product managers and business analysts preparing the user stories and backlog for teams of UX and design to work through in 2-week sprints, as sub sets of longer project phases. At the end of each phase, a full functional spec was drawn up with the user journeys and wireframes fully annotated, and clickable prototypes were produced for user testing.

- Roaming charges and setting notifications for when you are reaching your limit
- Broadband finder
- Network coverage and outage
- Products and services listing
- Online diagnosis flow for any issues with your phone or service
